The contract is anticipated to start on March 1, 2027, or the closest possible date indicated in the contract. The initial duration of the contract is one (1) year from the date established in the contract. There is a possibility of up to three (3) extensions, each lasting one (1) year. The total duration of the contract, including extensions, cannot exceed four (4) years. The contract will be perfected upon its formalization, which is an essential requirement for its execution to begin. Contractors are obliged to comply with the total execution period of the contract and any partial deadlines set in the work program, if applicable.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of an integrated service for the monitoring, collection, and analysis of the Gran Teatre del Liceu's presence across media and social networks. This service is to be delivered via a specialized digital platform that facilitates the consultation, management, exploitation, and analysis of the collected information.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Comprehensive Media Monitoring: Tracking information published in print media, digital press, radio, television, podcasts, news agencies, specialized media, blogs, and social networks, covering both national and international contexts. This includes content related to the Gran Teatre del Liceu's artistic, institutional, social, and educational activities, its artists, productions, projects, and other areas of interest defined by the Communication Department.
• Digital Platform: Provision, maintenance, and updates of a specialized web platform for information access and management.
• Technical Support: Offering a technical assistance service with functional support and a single point of contact.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generation of reports and dashboards, including specific impact reports for productions, concerts, or events, and an annual report on the Theatre's media activity. The platform must also include tools for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Real-time Alerts: Implementation of a system for real-time alerts.
• Information Management: Organization of collected information using folders, tags, and other classification systems, maintaining a consultable archive for a minimum of two years.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with intellectual property regulations and securing all necessary licenses for the reproduction, consultation, and distribution of monitored content.
• Bilingual Service: The service, including the platform and communication with the Communication Department, must be provided entirely in Catalan and Spanish.
• Platform Functionalities: The platform should enable the Communication Department to prepare daily press summaries, generate impact dossiers, consult collected information, configure real-time alerts, obtain quantitative and qualitative indicators, prepare periodic reports, consult a historical archive, and monitor social media activity and impact via a monthly report.
