TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project aims to comprehensively upgrade, both technically and structurally, part of the existing screening plant, including the associated operating building. The new screening plant is to be designed for a guaranteed maximum influent flow rate of Qmax = 800 l/s and to meet the current requirements for occupational safety, hygiene, energy efficiency, and maintenance accessibility. The focus is on a robust, low-maintenance design and ensuring uninterrupted operation during the construction phase. As part of the measure, the screens and screenings washing presses will be completely replaced, the extraction system will be renewed, and the control and electrical components will be replaced with new, Ex-compliant systems. In addition, construction measures are planned to eliminate mould growth and to improve the indoor air conditions in the building. The existing crane system is to be assessed for its suitability for the new technology and, if necessary, upgraded taking corrosion protection into account.
