TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of an office building with three levels (FSZ+2 floors) and a gross floor area of 944 m2, with a total gross floor area of 2744 m2, in Zone III of the MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. (Paks Nuclear Power Plant Ltd.), and comprehensive execution of the related facilities, water utility services, district heating transmission lines, courtyards and car parks, covering all relevant trades. The construction site is located in a secured operational area within the 500-metre safety zone designated by the National Office for Atom Energy (Országos Atomenergia Hivatal, OAH), where the OAH acts as the construction authority and construction supervision authority. The construction works must be carried out based on the requirements set out in the approved construction-execution plan documentation, in the valid and enforceable authority permits, in the relevant standards and laws and regulations, and in this public procurement construction technical specification (hereinafter: KML).
