TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the construction measure is the expansion and modernization of the existing stadium to increase spectator capacity. This includes expanding and modernizing the existing stadium by closing the stadium corners using new stand structures, as well as expanding the business lounge in the area of the West stand. The new stand structures will be integrated into the existing stadium structure and, with regard to construction, materials and design, will be aligned with the existing building. The expansion of the business lounge will be carried out as a multi-storey extension using a steel composite construction. Access to the new stands will be provided via additional entrances and escape routes at the level of the existing stadium access routes. The existing ramp systems will be retained and incorporated into the new building sections. The construction works will be carried out in several construction phases while maintaining stadium operations. With this open procedure, the shell construction works are being tendered.
