TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the delivery and installation of technological equipment for aerobic waste treatment in a membrane system at the composting site in Bieruń, along with conducting training for personnel designated by the Contracting Authority (maximum 10 people) and performing the technological startup of the delivered and installed equipment. The Contracting Authority will consider equivalent an aerobic biodegradable waste treatment system that is based on semi-permeable membranes, positive aeration, and a control system. It will be equipped with closed bioreactor technology meeting BAT requirements and covered with a membrane. Intended for composting all biodegradable/organic waste including sewage sludge and biowaste (green, kitchen). The system should, via controlled composting, be capable of carrying out hygienization processes (within no longer than 15 days of proper composting) and organic stabilization of the input material. The system should operate without wetting the waste bed and be equipped with channels capable of draining process leachate.
