The contractor is obliged to deliver the goods and perform the necessary installation and parameterization actions within six (6) months from the signing of the contract.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the implementation of a modern and technologically unified digital services environment. The project aims to provide electronic services for production systems and applications, offering advanced services to employees, contributing to the IT Department's goals for the operational functioning of information systems, ensuring continuous service and application provision, and safeguarding the company's business continuity.

The statement of work summary and core deliverables include:

• Procurement of central systems and their management software.
• Installation and parameterization services at the company's central offices.
• Migration of existing systems to the new systems.

More specifically, the project is divided into the following sections and includes these services:

• Central server equipment (Servers).
• SAN switches.
• Network equipment (Datacenter Switch).
• Backup server with a data storage system.
• Software, Operating systems & User licenses, including Windows Server Core Volume License (Perpetual) and Windows Server Commercial User CAL Volume License (Perpetual), and Windows Server Standard Edition (Latest Version) Commercial Volume License (Perpetual) for the Backup Server.
• Required services, which encompass:
• Installation and parameterization services for the entire Central Computing Equipment to create a new virtualization infrastructure.
• Installation and parameterization of the virtualization software, operating systems for virtual machine management, and activation of a high availability system.
• Gradual migration and conversion of 65 virtual machines from the existing HyperV infrastructure to the new virtualization software and integration into the new network infrastructure during non-working hours.
• Operational checks of migrated Virtual Machines (VMs) and operational testing of services and central software.
• Activation of the Backup process using existing Veeam Backup & Replication licenses upon completion of the new Backup infrastructure installation.
• Upgrade and optimization of virtual machines for compatibility with the new virtualization environment after migration and backup.
• Upgrade of Active Directory controller infrastructure servers.
• Replacement of existing central network switches with new ones, including physical installation and parameterization.
• Parameterization of new central network switches for interoperability with existing central security devices.
• Network rearrangement and security policy adjustments to enhance the existing infrastructure.
• Creation of separate network zones and security policies to align with NIS 2 requirements.
• Establishment of an early warning infrastructure and procedures using open-source software for rapid response to malfunctions.
• Development of a central logging infrastructure for collecting system and device messages, including appropriate software.
• Installation, parameterization, functional testing, and commissioning of the virtualization platform.
• Technical support with an initial response time of four working hours, provided through an electronic ticketing system, email, and web portal.
• Inclusion of all corrective releases, security updates, and new software versions throughout the subscription.
• Remote technical support for diagnosis, parameterization, and problem resolution.
• Delivery of complete technical installation and parameterization documentation, along with knowledge transfer to system administrators.
