TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Kreisklinik Ebersberg intends to add an extension building to the hospital complex. Before the start of the work, extensive special deep foundation work was carried out to secure the construction pit. The building to be constructed is divided into a basement level with technical areas and changing rooms, a level located in the slope which includes the ZNA and a further 4 floors not in contact with the ground, with nursing school, MVZ, administration. Sprayed bonding coat / rough-coat on brickwork: 1800 m² Internal plaster, lime-gypsum plaster, approx. 15 mm, 1-layer, Q3 trowel-finished/smoothed: 3600 m² Allowance for lime-gypsum plaster for greater thickness of wall plaster, per additional 5 mm: 1850 pcs. Plastering of narrow components, 300 mm: 400 m Plaster boards for wall openings: 215 pcs.
