TENDER DESCRIPTION
Kreisklinik Ebersberg intends to supplement the hospital complex with an extension building. Before the performance of the works, extensive special deep foundation/groundworks were carried out in order to secure the construction pit. The building to be constructed is divided into a basement level with technical areas and changing rooms, a level located on the slope which includes the ZNA and a further 4 storeys not touching the ground with a nursing school, MVZ, administrative offices. Moisture barrier against residual moisture with polymer bitumen sheet: 3215 m² Thermal insulation EPS D 60mm 0.035W/(mK) DEO effective thickness dh: 525 m² Cement screed on insulation layer 5kN/m2 C35 F5 D 75mm: 515 m² Cement screed on insulation layer 5kN/m2 C35 F5 D 85mm: 3300 m² Cement screed increased thickness, 10mm, CT-C35-F5: 4000 m²
