TENDER DESCRIPTION

The new building has an independent heating and cooling supply. For this purpose, independent energy centers including a district heating transfer station, heat generation, cooling generation, distribution and control systems are constructed in the new building. The heating and cooling supply of the new building operates independently and autonomously from the technical supply systems of the existing building during normal operation. Additionally, a connection for interlinking or redundancy is established between the new building and the existing building. This serves to maintain supply security as well as mutual support in case of faults, maintenance, or failures. The execution of the connection works must be carried out with special consideration of the ongoing hospital operation and in close coordination with the client, the operator, and the specialist planners.
