TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Ebersberg Hospital plans to construct a new central emergency department on the hospital premises at Münchner Str. In level E-1, technical centers and sanitary rooms are arranged; on level E-0, the central emergency department will be established; for this purpose, spaces in the existing building will also be repurposed. On E1 there is a nursing vocational training school (nursing school). On levels 2 and 3, a medical care center will be established, where rented practice areas will be created. On E4, office spaces for administration and the ventilation technology center are located. Level E-1 (basement) technical and changing rooms, Level E0 (ground floor) central emergency department, Level E1 (first floor) nursing school, Level E2 (second floor) medical care center, Level E3 (third floor) medical care center, Level E4 (fourth floor) administration / ventilation technology center. The new central emergency department (ZNA) will be connected with all necessary supply and disposal lines for electrical and telecommunications technology via the technology in the existing hospital building.
