TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Ebersberg Hospital plans to build a new central emergency department on the hospital premises, at Münchner Str. On level E-1, technical centers and sanitary rooms are arranged; on E-0, the central emergency department will be set up. For this purpose, rooms in the existing building will also be repurposed. On E1 there is a school for nursing - vocational training (nursing school). On levels 2 and 3, a medical care center (MVZ) will be established; rented practice areas will be created here. On E4, office rooms are accommodated for administration and the ventilation technology center. Level E-1 (basement): technical and changing rooms, Level E0 (ground floor): central emergency department, Level E1 (first floor): nursing school, Level E2 (second floor): MVZ, Level E3 (third floor): MVZ, Level E4 (fourth floor): administration / ventilation technology center. The new construction of the central emergency department will be connected to all necessary supply and disposal lines for electrical and telecommunications technology via the existing hospital technology.
