TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the public procurement is “delivery of goods” within the meaning of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 2 of the PPA, as the selected Contractor shall carry out the “Delivery of components for a system for measuring the radiation diagram of an antenna” for the needs of the Faculty of Physics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, under project КП-06-Н87/7 dated 06.12.2024 for funding a research project in the Call for Funding of Fundamental Scientific Research – 2024. The subject of the public procurement shall be referred to in the present documentation, for the sake of brevity, as “EQUIPMENT/EQUIPMENT(S)”. The detailed requirements for the performance of the procurement and the parameters of the equipment, quantities and values are set out in Part II(b) “TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE PROCUREMENT” of the participation documentation. Completion of the delivery of the equipment shall be confirmed by signing a handover-acceptance protocol by duly authorized representatives of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority.
