1. The subject of the contract is: the development of a programmatic and spatial concept for the extension of Grota - Roweckiego Street on the section from the newly designed tram-bus loop "Borowska Szpital" to the intersection with Kurpiów and Wspólna streets, including obtaining all necessary opinions, as well as the development of complete design documentation for the extension of Grota - Roweckiego Street on the section from the newly designed tram-bus loop "Borowska szpital" to the intersection with Iwaszkiewicza Street, i.e. building design, working designs, technical specifications, bills of quantities and cost estimates, together with obtaining all necessary agreements, opinions, permits and administrative decisions enabling the execution of construction works, including the final decision on the permit for the road investment implementation (ZRID). 2.
