TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the development, implementation, commissioning, maintenance and operation of an automatic counting system, with particular emphasis on cycling flows, where the measurement of pedestrian traffic constitutes a supplementary element resulting, among other things, from the specificity of roads in Wrocław. The Contracting Authority acquires only the final result in the form of a properly functioning system, access to the full set of measurement data, and an internet platform enabling the presentation, analysis and sharing of measurement results to the extent specified by the Contracting Authority. 2. The scope of the contract will include: 2.1. Guaranteed scope: a) Phase I – delivery and installation of 12 stationary devices, out of 30 devices planned for the intended equipment of the system (in accordance with the locations indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the OPZ), calibration and configuration of the devices, commissioning of the internet platform, conducting functional tests of the system and training the staff of the Contracting Authority; b) Phase II – delivery and installation of the remaining devices…
