TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The main purpose of the contract is to restore and maintain wetland areas and reservoirs with an open water surface, serving to preserve, protect and restore natural habitats and populations of species, in particular birds, amphibians and reptiles. In connection with the termination of municipal and sewage operations at the Osobowice Fields, the area will be developed under the project entitled “Osobowice Fields – maintenance of wetland areas and associated biodiversity and creation of an attractive educational and recreational area”. The scope of the investment includes primarily: 1) construction of reservoir M4 together with an earth embankment, ancillary facilities and technical pavements, 2) construction of 8 weirs on the Mokrzyca and Trzciana watercourses and the BN-1 ditch, 3) carrying out remediation of the site together with waste disposal, 4) carrying out necessary works related to greenery, including felling, securing, planting and restoring lawns, 5) carrying out preparatory, demolition and clearance works as well as documentation necessary for the execution and completion of the investment.
