09 TEICH – Intégration du transformateur T1 de la centrale du TEICH

The total duration of the contract or the work execution period is 10 months, commencing from the date the contract is notified.

The core scope of work for this tender involves several key areas related to electrical and electrotechnical systems, particularly concerning hydroelectric production and high-voltage infrastructure. The work includes the design, engineering, and integration of new installations into existing plans, along with the delivery of associated study documentation and dimensioning studies for new equipment.

Specific tasks encompass the installation of HTA, HTB substations, and power transformers, as well as the laying of HTA/CC cables and the connection of HTB devices. Adaptation works for CC cabinets are also part of the scope. A significant aspect is the drafting of assembly and testing procedures for the commissioning of power transformers, including their control-command components.

Further deliverables include the commissioning of HTB/HTA/BT/control-command equipment, along with fire protection systems for HTA/HTB transformer stations and hydroelectric production units. The tender also requires the elaboration of complete dossiers, which consist of comprehensive electrical diagrams using CAD, nomenclatures, and user manuals. The scope extends to the sizing, supply, and implementation of various cabling, including HTB/HTA/BT interconnection, inter-PLC communication, measurements, sensors, and diverse instrumentation for hydraulic production.

Project management aspects are covered, such as managing safety, administrative, and legal considerations during the construction phase, as well as overseeing and supervising the transport of materials in complex environments and managing civil engineering adaptation works. Expertise is required in the design and sizing of electrical equipment for HTA and BT networks, including short-circuit current studies and cable sizing, and the production of electrical diagrams. The handling and transport of heavy materials like transformers, along with construction, delivery, installation, and commissioning of HTA and HTB substations, are also integral parts of the scope. Civil engineering works associated with the installation of HTA, HTB substations, and power transformers are also included.

Additionally, several optional or conditional tranches (TC) are outlined:

• TC1: Participation in overall tests, with a daily unit rate, including infrared thermography control.
• TC2: Replacement of HTA energy evacuation cables, if existing cables have poor insulation or are unusable.
• TC3: Supply, installation, and connection of three TC Bushings, including their test boxes.
• TC4: Rework of HTA cable heads on the transformer side.
• TC5: Supply of a MALT (mise à la terre et en court-circuit - earthing and short-circuiting) kit for HTA/HTB transformer consignment, encompassing the sizing and supply of a new MALT and short-circuit equipment kit.
• PSE: A proposal for a solution to reduce fire and environmental compliance costs.
