TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement is the selection of a Contractor possessing professional qualification in the provision of consulting services within the meaning of Article 166(1), item 1 of the Law on Spatial Planning of the Republic of Bulgaria (ZУT) and Article 168(1) of ZУT, namely the exercise of construction supervision to ensure the lawful implementation of construction and installation works (СМР) and to permit the use of the facilities included in the scope of the public procurement, as well as the preparation of a final report for each facility. The Contractor shall be responsible for the activities and obligations it assumes as a participant in the investment process, as regulated in Articles 166 and 168 of ZУT.
