TENDER DESCRIPTION

Legal basis: Directive 2014/24/EU, Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law – Article 132 of an open tender 1. The Contracting Authority requires the selected Contractor to conclude an agreement in accordance with the designed provisions of the agreement for the public contract (Agreement Act and Contract Terms and Conditions), constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority requires that the Subject of the Agreement be completed in full within a period of up to 35 months from the date of signature of the agreement. 3. The specific interim deadlines, including the acceptance conditions and completion, have been specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 4. The conditions for performance of the contract are included in the relevant contract documents available on the website of the ongoing procedure. The contract documents also set out: - employment conditions on the basis of Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, - permissible amendments to the agreement. 5.
