1. Constitueix l’objecte del contracte l’execució de les obres corresponents al Projecte per a la renovació del sistema de control als CCMs de l’EDAR de Tàrrega, aprovat definitivament per la Junta de Govern Local, d’acord amb les determinacions, prescripcions, plànols, pressupost i resta de documents que integren el projecte. 2. L’actuació comprèn, entre d’altres: • la substitució del sistema de control existent; • la renovació dels autòmats programables (PLC); • la implantació d’una arquitectura redundant d’alta disponibilitat; • la renovació de la xarxa de comunicacions mitjançant fibra òptica; • la implantació del sistema de supervisió, control i gestió; • l’actualització del sistema de control de l’EBAR de Tàrrega; • la implantació de sistemes de comunicació redundants i segurs; • la integració de les instal·lacions existents amb el nou sistema; • la posada en servei, proves, parametrizació i legalització de les instal·lacions; • la formació del personal municipal quan sigui procedent; • el lliurament de la documentació final prevista en el projecte. 3. L’objecte contractual es correspon íntegrament amb el definit en el projecte aprovat.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The contract’s object is the execution of the works corresponding to the Project for the renewal of the control system at the CCMs of the Tàrrega WWTPS (EDAR de Tàrrega), which has been definitively approved by the Local Government Board, in accordance with the determinations, requirements, drawings, budget and other documents forming part of the project. 2. The performance includes, among others: • the replacement of the existing control system; • the renewal of the programmable automata (PLC); • the implementation of a redundant high-availability architecture; • the renewal of the communications network using fibre optics; • the implementation of the supervision, control and management system; • the updating of the control system for the Tàrrega WWPS (EBAR de Tàrrega); • the implementation of redundant and secure communication systems; • the integration of the existing facilities with the new system; • the commissioning, tests, parameterisation and legalisation of the facilities; • the training of municipal staff where appropriate; • the delivery of the final documentation provided for in the project. 3.
