TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the procedure, the contracting authority intends to procure 1 new hydrogen fuel cell bus of vehicle class M3/I (locally designed), low-floor, single-unit city bus. The successful tenderer must provide a warranty of 36 months (without mileage limitation) for the proposed bus and during the warranty period must undertake to carry out the mandatory repairs and maintenance. The drive battery and the fuel cell system must be covered by a mandatory warranty of 72 months. The contracting authority accepts as a new vehicle a maximum 2024 manufactured vehicle that has never been placed on the market anywhere. Definition of low-floor: single-level, low-floor design variant, stairs are not permitted. Threshold height: at each door, at most 340 mm for the ready-for-use operating level adjustment, which may be reduced at at least one door to a threshold height value of at most 260 mm by using a kneeling function. In addition, the height of the floor while walking may not exceed 400 mm.
