1. The subject matter of the contract is: Lease of a 3D electroanatomic system for ablation of cardiac rhythm disorders, with delivery of consumable materials 2. The estimated quantities and the description of the products and the equipment are included in the unit price form (Annex 2 to the SWZ), hereinafter also referred to as FCJ and Annex 2A. 1.
