Section 2: Renewal of the Maintenance and Support Programme (Software Assurance - SA) of the Microsoft Software Licenses of the Ministry The requested provision of services concerns the renewal of the maintenance and support programme (Software Assurance - SA) of the software licenses of Microsoft Company that the Service holds. It is noted that, following a tendering procedure for the award of a contract by the competent financial services, its supply was carried out, valid until October 2026 (31-10-2026). However, as this programme is considered necessary for the uninterrupted operation, security and continuous support of the Ministry’s information systems, it is deemed necessary to renew it for three (3) years.
