TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of 1 (one) factory-new, unused specialised vehicle (truck), intended for the needs of refuse collection and waste hauling in the Municipality of Karnobat. The vehicle is an integrated complex consisting of three main components: a truck chassis (base vehicle), a refuse-collection superstructure, and a hydraulic crane. The delivery shall be carried out to the Waste Transfer Station, city of Karnobat. The delivery and acceptance / receipt of the subject matter of the public procurement shall be certified by signing, in two copies, a bilateral acceptance-transfer protocol by the parties or their authorised representatives, after checking for the absence of any discrepancies of the equipment with the technical characteristics provided in the Contractor’s Technical Proposal and the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification. The performance of the contract includes delivery, warranty (service maintenance) and warranty liability.
