The total duration of the contract is 12 months from the date of its signing. The contractor is obligated to deliver the goods within these 12 months.

• Submission of offers starts on October 1, 2026.
• The deadline for submitting offers is October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
• Delivery of the equipment must be completed within 12 months from the contract's signing date.
• The contract is considered complete when the supply is delivered, materials are definitively received (quantitatively and qualitatively), the contractual price is paid (after any penalties or discounts), and all other contractual obligations from both parties are fulfilled, and related guarantees are released.

The core scope of work for this tender is the supply of one (1) tipper truck vehicle. The detailed description of the physical object of the contract, including technical specifications, is provided in Annex IV, while the financial details are in Annex III. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of signing.

The deliverables include:

• A complete, brand new, robust, and rigid tipper truck vehicle, with advanced steering and of the latest type and construction.
• Specific technical characteristics regarding its frame, engine, transmission system, suspension system-axles, braking system, steering system, driving cabin, and superstructure.
• Associated services such as training, documentation, license plate issuance, technical support, and certifications.
• Delivery of the material will be the responsibility, care, and expense of the contractor to the DEYAL headquarters (Terma Tyxerou - Larissa).
• Delivery of the equipment must be completed within 12 months from the contract signing date.
