TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is delivery through the purchase of 1 (one) brand-new passenger-cargo vehicle for the needs of the OP “BKRD”, city of Karnobat. The need of the OP “BKRD”, city of Karnobat, requires the purchase of a passenger-cargo vehicle with a total of 6 seats, including the driver’s seat, arranged in two rows, as well as with a cargo space behind the second row of seats. The design and equipment of the cargo space shall allow safe transport and securing of cargo, without endangering the safety of passengers. The delivery will be carried out to the building of the OP “BKRD”, city of Karnobat. The delivery and handover/receipt of the subject matter of the public procurement shall be evidenced by signing, in two copies, a bilateral acceptance-transfer protocol by the parties or their authorized representatives, after checking for the absence of discrepancies of the equipment with the technical characteristics presented in the Contractor’s Technical Proposal and the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification.
