TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the delivery of 1 (one) brand-new, unused cargo vehicle with high off-road capability, pickup type, for the needs of the Municipality of Brezovo, equipped in accordance with Article 139 of the Road Traffic Act, accompanied by the documents necessary for its registration, a service booklet, an operating manual, as well as providing warranty maintenance support for the vehicle. The subject of the contract shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable current legislation, the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specifications — an integral part of this documentation — and the terms for performance of the contract.
