TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the delivery of 1 (one) factory-new, unused specialised vehicle (truck), intended for the needs of the collection and removal of waste in the Municipality of Karnobat. The vehicle represents an integrated complex of three main components: a truck chassis (base vehicle), a refuse-collecting superstructure and a hydraulic crane. The delivery will be carried out to the Waste Transfer Station, city of Karnobat. The delivery and the handing over/receiving of the subject of the public contract shall be evidenced by signing, in two copies, a bilateral acceptance-transfer protocol by the parties or their authorised representatives, after checking that there are no discrepancies between the equipment and the technical specifications presented in the Contractor’s Technical Proposal and the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification. The performance of the contract includes delivery, warranty (service maintenance) and warranty liability. All costs related to remedying warranty defects and/or discrepancies during the proposed warranty period are at the expense of the Contractor.
