TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the supply, for the contracting authority’s needs, of the quantities of net active electrical energy at medium and low voltage level and the corresponding related services, including to carry out its obligations as coordinator of a balancing group. The supply of electrical energy must comply with the applicable regulatory documents: the Energy Act (EA), the Rules for Trading in Electrical Energy (RTE E) and the Rules for Measurement of the Quantity of Electrical Energy (RMQEE). The forecast value includes regulatorily determined prices for transmission and access through/to the electrical distribution networks, for transmission and access through/to the electrical transmission network, the price for “obligations to society”, other prices regulated by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) and excise duty. The forecast value does not bind the contracting authority to spend it, but constitutes the maximum provided financial resource for the performance of the subject of the public procurement.
