TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order for electrical work equipment to be operated safely in accordance with the specified requirements, in accordance with § 5 of the accident prevention regulations “Electrical systems and equipment” (DGUV Regulations 3 and 4) and the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV), as well as the associated Technical Rules for Operational Safety, e.g. TRBS 1201, a (repeat) inspection must be carried out at specified intervals as proof. A framework agreement is to be concluded for each lot. Please read the attached documents carefully and, in case of any uncertainties, use the opportunity to submit questions from bidders. In order to ensure that your questions from bidders can be answered, they must be received no later than 7 days before the end of the tender submission period.
