TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: The provision of housing services for 100 students in the city of Athens, in a building with one- or two-person apartments, to cover the relocation of a total of 100 students of the Athens student residence due to its upcoming renovation for the period from 01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027 with a 50% option right. In any case, the obligation starts from the day after the contract signing date. The provided services are classified under the following Common Vocabulary (CPV) codes: • 70333000 - 4 Services related to dwellings • 70311000- 4 Rental or sale services of residential buildings. • 79993100 – 2 Facility management services. • 33180000- 5 Operational support The estimated value of the initial contract, excluding VAT, amounts to €730,000.00, VAT at 24% amounts to €175,200.00. The total budget, including VAT, amounts to €905,200.00. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to unilaterally extend the duration of the contract, under the same terms and without changing the offered price per bed and per day, for an additional period of six (6) months, i.e., from 01-09-2027 to 29-02-2028.
