TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor shall provide specialized technical advisory services to support the implementation of ProMOVIS II, in close coordination with the project team, national and local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders. During the contract period, the contractor shall provide short term experts (STE) to carry out specific technical tasks, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs such as studies, data collection, expert pools, models, policy drafts, technical designs, and communication products in agreement with the ProMOVIS II team. The required tasks fall within the following thematic areas: I. Public Transport Planning: conceptual, prefeasibility and feasibility studies, technical designs, demand analysis, operational planning and service integration for integrated public transport systems (SITM, SETP, TPC), development of technical tools, guidelines and decision support tools for planning and system optimization.
