TENDER DESCRIPTION

The PST program seeks the services of a consulting firm to provide technical experts under different short-term expert (STE) pools, which can be deployed according to the project proposals and operational plans of each project country. The services will be delivered mainly by short-term experts in form of technical and administrative services for the development and implementation of specific trade facilitation measures in partner countries. The services also cover cross-cutting areas such as stakeholder engagement, workshop and training facilitation, and process management. Specifically, in the context of the respective in-country project workplans, the experts are foreseen to provide expertise in technical fields aimed at change management and capacity building of the respective identified border agencies. The services to be delivered in the project countries include: - Conducting analyses and gap assessments on specific IT solutions or processes for Customs and other border agencies - Business process engineering of customs and logistics procedures - Technically oversee the implementation of IT solutions by IT solution providers - Support Customs and other partner agencies in…
