TENDER DESCRIPTION

The political coordination and prioritization of measures falls within the responsibility of the project. The operational implementation of measures to be defined on a case-by-case basis is to be carried out by the contractor. Due to the process- and needs-oriented approach described, concrete measures or milestones must be continuously reviewed and adjusted. These generally relate to the following types of tasks: - Analysis of strategic governance and coordination as well as impact analysis of the fifth phase of the deforestation control plan PPCDAm. - Technical support in the development of action plans, e.g., deforestation control plans, conceptual structuring of programs, and technical assistance in the preparation and publication of regulations, etc. - Technical development and implementation of data processing, analysis, monitoring, and visualization systems (e.g., dashboards, panels, interfaces/APIs) as well as generation of periodic reports.
