TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is tendering the conclusion of a framework agreement for moving and transport services at the Eschborn site. The subject is internal site moves and transports, room preparation as well as temporary storage of inventory including associated logistics, documentation and assembly tasks. The aim is to ensure ongoing operations and to cover larger infrastructural changes. Place of performance and scope of buildings - Properties: Dag-Hammarskjöld-Weg 1-5, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 7 and 30-34, 65760 Eschborn. - Six buildings (partly connected), approx. 81,000 m2 usable floor area, around 2,800 workplaces; lifts/freight elevators available. - Building usage primarily Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00; usage basically 06:00-22:00.
