TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of services to be tendered: Operationalization of the circular economy in Colombia Technical advisory services in support of Colombia's transition to a circular economy under PREVEC III Green Jobs in the Circular Economy in Colombia III. The assignment is structured around three Work Packages, each contributing to a coherent results framework that links business-level change to national climate and sustainability commitments. Work Package 1 - Business Development, Value Chain Integration and Access to Finance Support to circular economy business models in the textile, tourism and agrifood sectors through the development cycle, from business planning to market readiness and regional expansion. This includes facilitating value chain integration between SMEs and anchor enterprises, organising business matchmaking events across the three priority sectors, and developing company-level tools for GHG measurement and climate reporting.
