1. The subject matter of the contract consists of successive deliveries: a) materials and lenses for cataract surgery (hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the provision for use of a phacoemulsification and anterior vitrectomy machine (hereinafter referred to as the equipment/subject of use), b) accessories for the phacoemulsification and anterior vitrectomy machine (hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the lease of this machine (hereinafter referred to as the equipment/subject of lease), compliant with the requirements specified in the documents of this contract. 1.
