TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public procurement aims at large-scale expansion and modernisation of the facilities of 107 OU “Han Krum” in Lozenets district, by entrusting the future contractor with a comprehensive service combining design and subsequent author’s supervision during construction. Place of performance: Sofia, Lozenets district, PИ with identifier 68134.902.587, UПИ I-for school, plot 141, locality “Lozenets - Part III”. Scope of the assigned activities: The core of the assignment is the preparation of a design for a new extension with a gross built-up floor area of approximately 3000 m², which will be implemented on the site of the existing physical education gym, intended for demolition. The new building is conceived as a multifunctional space, which must provide nine new classrooms, a modern sports hall with spectator stands and a specialised dance hall, while at the same time ensuring physical and installation connectivity with the existing old school buildings.
