1. The subject matter of the contract is: A service for performing liquid biopsy tests for the Department and Clinic of Bone Marrow Transplantation, Pediatric Oncology and Hematology of the Piastów Śląskich Medical University in Wrocław. 2. Brief description of the subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is a service for performing liquid biopsy tests as part of the project “Liquid biopsy and comprehensive molecular testing of soft tissue sarcomas in children in Poland in order to improve diagnostics, risk stratification and treatment outcomes”. 3. The service will be provided as part of a project financed by the Medical Research Agency, agreement no. 2024/ABM/02/00030. 4. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in the Detailed Cost Estimate (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). 5.
