TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of medical gases along with the lease of gas cylinders, including the installation and lease of a cryogenic tank, in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No 2 to the IDW - Assortment and Price Form. 2. The subject of the contract referred to in clause 1 in particular includes: 1) delivery of medical gases and transfer of ownership of the goods to the Contracting Authority, 2) installation and filling with medical gases of gas cylinders leased by the Contractor from the Contractor, 3) filling with medical gases of gas cylinders that are the property of the Contracting Authority, 4) leasing of the Contractor’s cylinders for filling with medical gases, 5) installation and lease of a cryogenic tank for liquid oxygen with a capacity of 3300 litres, including vaporizers, and performing the connection to the existing hospital installation. 1.
