TENDER DESCRIPTION
"In the publicly funded research project HeriSol, listed buildings are to be transformed from pure energy consumers into energy producers. For this purpose, among other things, technical solutions for building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), partly in combination with biogenic materials, are being developed. These innovative solutions are to be demonstrated on the roofs and/or façades of three listed existing buildings in three countries (Austria, Latvia, Ireland). This call for tenders includes the planning and execution support services described below for each demonstration building. The focus of the performance requirements lies in the heritage-appropriate design and implementation of the newly developed solutions. As these are services provided within the framework of a research project, the positions covered by the call for tenders also include R&D components and not only classic planning and/or construction services."
