TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned construction project includes the new construction of a single-story daycare center in Brande-Hörnerkirchen. The building will be constructed as building class 3 and as an unregulated special construction according to § 2 para. 4 no. 12 LBO. The load-bearing exterior and interior walls will be made of sand-lime brick masonry. The exterior walls will have a double-shell construction with core insulation and facing masonry. The foundation is made of reinforced concrete foundations and a reinforced concrete base slab. The floor slab will be constructed as a reinforced concrete ceiling. The roof will be a gable roof with varying roof pitches in a wooden truss construction and covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The building will have plastic/aluminum windows as well as wooden doors. Heating will be provided by an air-to-water heat pump with storage. Furthermore, a ventilation system and a photovoltaic system on the roof are planned. The outdoor facilities include parking spaces, bicycle parking facilities, as well as play and open areas.
