TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned construction project includes the new construction of a single-storey day-care center in Brande-Hörnerkirchen. The building is erected as building class 3 and as an unregulated special structure in accordance with § 2 para. 4 no. 12 LBO. The roof is executed as a pitched roof with different roof pitches as a rafter roof and is covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. Furthermore, a ventilation system and a photovoltaic system are planned on the roof. Scope/Trade: interior finishing, roofing and sheet-metal work, curtain façade. The exact scope of the work is to be taken from the attached bill of quantities and the appendices to the bill of quantities (LV). Evidence regarding product properties (product data sheets) must be submitted with the tender; they may be requested. If the documents are not available within the then specified deadline, the tender will be excluded.
