TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned construction project comprises the construction of a single-storey child day care centre in Brande-Hörnerkirchen. The building is erected as building class 3 and as an unregulated special structure pursuant to § 2(4) No. 12 LBO. The roof will be executed as a gable roof with different roof pitches as a rafter roof and covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. In addition, a ventilation system as well as a photovoltaic system are planned on the roof. Service/trade: carpentry, roofing and sheet metal work, curtain façade. The exact scope of the work can be found in the attached bill of quantities and the appendices to the bill of quantities (LV). Proofs of product characteristics (product data sheets) must be submitted with the offer; they may be requested again. If the documents are not available within the period then set, the offer will be excluded.
