TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is a service including clearing the right-of-way zone (the easement), affecting land parcels in both forest and non-forest areas (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed territories for rehabilitation) of the power line (Overhead Line (OHL)) 110 kV “Stara reka”, part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. OHL 110 kV “Stara reka” was commissioned in 1957. It represents the connection between the “Batak” hydroelectric power plant and the “Peshtera” substation and is served by the MEE Plovdiv Directorate, Pazardzhik Department. OHL 110 kV “Stara reka” has a rated voltage of 110 kV, with one set (triple) of conductors on the pole line, with horizontal arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of OHL 110 kV “Stara reka” planned for clearing passes through different categories of territories, including mountainous or rugged terrain, up to parts where there are no roads and access by machinery is difficult.
