TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is a service including the clearing of the servitude zone (servitude), affecting land properties in forest and non-forest (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed territories for restoration) areas of the overhead power line (Overhead Line (OHL)) 110 kV Manastir, part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 110 kV Manastir OHL was commissioned in 2003, representing the connection between Ardino substation, mobile Banite substation and Northern Rhodopes substation, and is maintained by MER Plovdiv Management, Smolyan Department for the section from pole No. 29 to Northern Rhodopes substation. The 110 kV Manastir OHL has a nominal voltage of 110 kV, with single and double triples on the pole line and triangular and barrel-shaped arrangement of phase conductors, while in the section from pole No. 77 to Northern Rhodopes substation it shares poles with the active 20 kV Svoboda distribution line, operated by ER Yug. The route of the 110 kV Manastir OHL passes through different categories of terrains, including mountainous or rugged terrain, some of which lack roads, and mechanized access is difficult.
