TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is a service including clearing of the easement zone (servitude), affecting real estate properties in forest and non-forest (urbanised, agricultural, protected, disturbed territories for restoration) territories of the electricity line (Overhead Line (OHL)) 110 kV Prepsa, part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 110 kV Prepsa OHL was commissioned in 1962 and the OHL was reconstructed in 2017; it represents the connection between the NPP North Rhodopes substation (p/ст Северни Родопи) and the Smolyan substation (p/ст Смолян) and is operated by the Electricity System Operator Plovdiv Directorate, Smolyan Division. The 110 kV Prepsa OHL has a rated voltage of 110 kV, with one set of the pole line and a triangular arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of the 110 kV Prepsa OHL runs through different categories of territories, including mountainous or uneven terrain, up to parts of which there are no roads, and access with mechanisation is difficult.
