TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is a service including clearing of the easement zone (easement), affecting land plots located in forest and non-forest (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed territories for restoration) areas of the electricity line (Overhead Line (OHL)) 110 kV Minor, part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 110 kV OHL Minor was commissioned in 1962; it represents the connection between Smolyan substation (p/st Smolyan) and Rudozem substation (p/st Rudozem) and is operated by the Electricity Distribution Company (MER) Plovdiv Management, Smolyan Department. The 110 kV OHL Minor has a nominal voltage of 110 kV, with one triple set of the pole line and a triangular arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of the 110 kV OHL Minor passes through various categories of territories, including mountainous or rugged terrain, up to parts where there are no roads and access with mechanized equipment is difficult.
