TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is a service including clearing the right-of-way zone (servitude), affecting real estate properties in forest and non-forest (urbanised, agricultural, protected, disturbed areas for restoration) territories of an electrical line (Overhead Line (OHL)) 110 kV “Nustan”, part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The OHL 110 kV “Nustan” was commissioned in 2012; it constitutes the connection between the Devin HPP and the “Kangov Kamak” HPP and is operated by the MES (Energy Companies Management) Plovdiv Directorate, Smolyan Department. The OHL 110 kV “Nustan” has a rated voltage of 110 kV, with one set of three conductors on the pole line and a triangular arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of the OHL 110 kV “Nustan” passes through different categories of territories, including mountainous or rugged terrain, through which roads are missing in part of its length and access with mechanised equipment is difficult.
