TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Modernisation of the AV System and projection in lecture rooms in the building of the Research, Teaching and Learning Centre at ul. Borowska 211 in Wrocław, in accordance with the list of performance of works, equipment and rooms in Annex No 2 to the SWZ, including: a) dismantling existing equipment, b) installation of new equipment, c) change of software in existing Crestron controllers, d) replacement of system cabling, e) commissioning of the systems, f) adapting the mounts to the new projectors or replacing them with new ones, g) adapting the multimedia connections in the lecture theatres, including carpentry modifications, h) training in operation of the systems, i) maintenance/conservation inspections once per year during the warranty period. 2. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet (Annex No 2 to the SWZ). The Contracting Authority requires that the products offered meet the requirements contained in the Technical Information Sheet.
