TENDER DESCRIPTION

Summary: This submission includes engineering services in accordance with SIA 103, phases 31 to 33 in the water engineering discipline, i.e. flood protection and revitalisation on the Rot and the Soppistigbach in the municipality of Buttisholz, canton of Lucerne. Background: In 2016, work began on preparing a flood protection project intended to replace the existing cantonal road bridge over the Rot. During the project development process, the usefulness of extending the project perimeter was recognised, and with the flood-safe extension and the ecological enhancement of the Rot and the Soppistigbach, further objectives were defined. In the meantime, a draft of the preliminary project is available, but it has an unfavourable benefit-cost ratio and requires several further adjustments. Task: Based on the available documents and information, first a further study of variants is to be carried out in the preliminary project phase. After completion of the preliminary project, the construction project and the approval project are to be prepared.
